Shipping Policy

Shipped Orders: Cookies only

Shipment Day: Mondays

Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by Saturday 1:00 PM PST to ship the following Monday. Late orders automatically ship the next Monday.

Delivery: Times may vary depending on carrier and destination. Lavender Lane is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect info are the customer’s responsibility.

Cinnamon rolls are local pickup or local delivery only.

Minimum Lead Times

To ensure freshness and small-batch quality, all orders must meet these lead times:

• Cookies: at least 4 hours notice
• Cinnamon Rolls: at least 48 hours notice

Example: If you place a cookie order by 12:00 PM on Thursday, you can schedule pickup for 4:00 PM the same day. Orders placed after the minimum lead time will automatically be scheduled for the next available pickup or delivery window.
