Welcome to Lavender Lane. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


General

Lavender Lane is a small-batch bakery offering made-to-order baked goods. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.


Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase
  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed
  • Please ensure all order details (items, quantities, pickup/shipping info) are correct before checkout

Lead Time

  • All items are made fresh to order
  • Please allow minimum 4 hours for preparation before fulfillment
  • You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup, local delivery, or has been shipped

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is available for cookies only
  • We currently ship to California, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Washington
  • Cinnamon rolls are not eligible for shipping and are available for local pickup or local delivery only

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Tracking information will be provided
  • Lavender Lane is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout

Local Pick-Up Policy

  • Local pickup is available for all products
  • Customers will receive pickup instructions once the order is ready
  • Orders must be picked up within the designated time window

Failure to pick up your order:

  • May result in product loss without refund due to the perishable nature of items

Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

  • All sales are final
  • Refunds will only be considered if the wrong item was sent or the order arrived significantly damaged.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos.
  • Lavender Lane determines whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Order Changes

  • Cookies: Changes must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Cinnamon Rolls: Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed but we will always try our best.


Product Care & Consumption

  • All products are made fresh and are best enjoyed within a few days
  • Proper storage is required to maintain quality (airtight container, room temperature or refrigeration as needed)
  • Lavender Lane is not responsible for product quality once items have been picked up or delivered

Allergies & Ingredients

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
    wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and ensure products are safe for consumption

Lavender Lane is not liable for any allergic reactions.


Catering & Custom Orders

Event-sized cookies (half the size of standard cookies) available for parties, corporate events, showers, weddings, repass, and community events.

  • Minimum Order: 5 dozen (60 cookies)
  • Orders should be placed with at least two weeks’ notice whenever possible, preferably directly through the website.
  • The website allows selection of flavors, quantity, pickup/delivery, and event date details.
  • Lavender Lane may decline orders outside production capacity or scheduling availability.

Limitation of Liability

Lavender Lane shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Improper handling or storage after pickup/delivery
  • Allergic reactions or dietary issues
  • Missed pickup times
